get the hell out. go stay with a friend, and while you’re with that friend, call the police right away. If your brother is hurting you and your parents are just letting that happen, CPS can interfere and prevent them from getting you back. Ever. Tell the police exactly what happened and that you’re scared of it happening again. That’s all they need to hear to prevent your parents from taking you back into that situation. If you wanna bail, do it. I know it’s really hard, and it’s easy to think of how easy it’ll be for them to try and get you back, but getting away for one hour with a prompt call to the police will keep them away from you.
I know you can do this, sweetie. it’s extremely hard and it’s scary as fuck, but the sooner you say something about it, the sooner you can get somewhere safe where you can stay in contact with your friends without having to sneak online.
i cant just leave though. theyre my family and theyve done so much for me
sure my dad is a little aggressive but he hasnt actually hurt me other than mentally and my brother would claim he was only slapping sense into me
minus that part where he forced all of his weight on me and nearly snapped my neck but BESIDES THAT DETAIL
i dont know if i have the mental capacity to just up and leave them because wow they think theyre protecting me but theyre doing a poor job of it
some of this might be my fault anyways so i cant just leave them
it would only fuck things up worse in the family

oh my god sweetie :c can you get to a doctor at all? for any reason? you can always let a doctor know that you’re in an abusive situation and they can help you
it sounds like your whole household is fucked up and you really really need to find some way to get out even for a day so you can let someone know. even if you’re not 18 yet, there’s still shelters that can help you.
not letting you get on the internet is the first step in cutting you off from the outside world, so you really need to put in a tip to someone locally that can help you out. if I knew years ago what I know now, I could’ve gotten to a safe place a lot sooner and I want you to get away asap so you don’t have to stay in such a bad situation.
they’re going to play on your fear of retaliation to keep you exactly where you’re at. don’t let them do it, there are ways out. having internet is one step, act on it RIGHT NOW so even if they take it away again, someone locally (maybe a shelter or the police department) knows and can act on it.
they arent always like this though thats the thing
my family is normally civil and fine and peachy but lately some shit has gone down and me disagreeing with them gives them the green flag to do whatever the fuck they want to me
i dont know what to do because all of my friends either live really fucking close or really far away, so my family could get me back easily. as much as id love to bail on them.
this isnt the first time theyve taken my internet from me. but i could live without it. its my friends i cant live without and i just dont know how to handle myself without them

im not of legal age yet so the odds of my parents letting me get the hell away from here are low
even if its temporary i doubt ill get the freedom
listen im going to just say that my brother has beaten me and my family just stood by and did nothing while he was doing it in the middle of the living room
so theres that and i really feel like its gonna happen again soon
